Veteran big-bodied target with a journeyman résumé and trusted hands
Jonah Morris was a 6-foot-4, 220-pound Illinois wide receiver in the 2022 season, and he showed reliable depth value with 4 catches for 55 yards across six games[3][12]. His biggest differentiators are size, experience, and academic/locker-room credibility: Illinois highlighted him as an Academic All-District honoree, and he arrived as a graduate transfer after stops at Indiana, Akron, and Northern Colorado[4][11]. He is the kind of old-school, steady fit who can help a team with maturity, length, and red-zone potential rather than headline-grabbing volume.
