William Proctor brings depth and developmental upside to Texas Southern’s secondary
William Proctor is a **Texas Southern DB** who profiles as a depth-and-upside defensive back rather than a headline stat producer; the most useful takeaway is that he belongs on a roster built around **competition, effort, and coachability**. Publicly available roster information confirms his Texas Southern status, but current game-impact stats and national ranking data are not readily available in the provided sources, so the strongest case for him is as a **developmental fit** for a staff looking for versatility and special-teams value.
