Zack Black is a fifth-year interior anchor for Montana State
In the 2025 season, Zack Black played in all 16 games for Montana State, starting against Weber State and finishing with 16 tackles, 5 solo stops, and 1 tackle for loss; in the 2026 preseason, he’s projected to start at defensive tackle. He’s a big-bodied interior lineman at 6-4, 285 pounds who brings experience, sturdiness, and a steady rotational-to-starter profile rather than flashy sack totals. That makes him a good fit if you want size, game experience, and a dependable run-game presence inside.
