High-IQ NJIT forward whose value comes from defense, rebounding, and efficiency
Ryan Regis is a low-usage, team-first forward for NJIT whose game is built on effort, rebounding, and efficient scoring around the basket. The clearest differentiator in the available record is his steady development: by 2011-12 he was shooting .559 from the field after earlier seasons below that mark, showing real improvement rather than empty volume[3]. He also profiles as a gritty connector—able to rebound, defend, and do the little things that help lineups function even when he is not the featured scorer[3][6].
