Left-Handed Arm with Projectable Strikeout Stuff
Austin Stratmann is a left-handed pitcher for North Florida whose profile points to a developing arm with real upside: Prep Baseball Report lists an 89.7 mph max exit velocity, a 78 mph infield velocity, and a 7.56 60-yard dash, while recruiting data shows a steady fastball around the low-80s with a workable changeup and breaking ball. The differentiator is his left-handedness plus a three-pitch foundation that gives him a path to value if the command sharpens; he looks like a fit for a team willing to develop a young pitcher rather than demand immediate polish.
