steady Arkansas State guard with a team-first pedigree
Jamie Ruffins is a former Arkansas State guard whose profile points to a reliable, high-IQ backcourt presence rather than a volume-stat star. In Arkansas State’s 2013-14 and 2015-16-era materials, she was used as a disciplined guard with defensive value and enough composure to be trusted in close-game moments, which suggests a player who brings poise, communication, and connective play. The fit question is simple: if a team needs toughness, structure, and low-drama guard play, Ruffins looks like the kind of player coaches tend to love.
