Charleston Southern’s backfield name to watch
Mike Howard is listed as a running back for Charleston Southern, but the available public data is thin on current production and season-specific stat leaders, so he profiles more as an under-the-radar roster piece than a proven headline star. The most useful takeaway: if you’re evaluating him as a fit, think in terms of upside and role rather than résumé—his value will come down to how he separates in camp, handles contact, and shows consistency in a physical FCS environment.
