Ramon Vargas brings proven big-play juice to UC Davis
Ramon Vargas is a 6-foot-3, high-upside receiver for UC Davis whose profile has long been built on length, explosiveness, and reliability in traffic. In 2014, he posted 41 catches for 670 yards and 8 touchdowns, and in 2015 he added 41 catches for 665 yards and 8 touchdowns, showing he can be a steady chain-mover and a legitimate red-zone threat. He stands out for his vertical-ball skills and ability to turn catches into chunk plays, making him the kind of receiver who can change a game with a few snaps of clean separation and strong hands.
