Austin Butler brings efficient two-way veteran value to Charlotte
In the 2021-22 season, Austin Butler started all 31 games for Charlotte and averaged 12.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.5 assists while shooting 51.8% from the field and 40.0% from three, a rare blend of wing size, efficiency and shot-making for a 6-5 guard. He projects as the kind of steady, low-drama connector coaches love: strong enough to rebound, skilled enough to space the floor, and experienced enough to handle real responsibilities without needing the ball glued to his hands.
