steady Seton Hall guard with scoring chops and local roots
Jamar Nutter was a 6-foot-2 guard for Seton Hall who averaged 10.1 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists with a 36.9% field-goal rate in his recorded college stats, showing he could handle a scoring role but was not an efficiency standout.[2][5] His differentiator was his ability to produce a career-high 29-point game while flashing balanced guard skills, and as a Bloomfield, New Jersey native he brought a homegrown edge that can matter in culture fit and fan connection.[1][3]
