Elite Speed WR with 842-Yard Miami Season & Phenomenal Football IQ
Phillip Dorsett II, the former Miami (FL) Hurricanes WR, is a differentiator defined by elite speed (led team with 842 receiving yards in 12 games, 2014 season) and a 'phenomenal football player' reputation per NFL Media's Mike Mayock. His strengths include explosive long TD capability (e.g., 63-yard TD eclipsing 200 yards) and third-team All-ACC recognition. Beyond stats, Dorsett brings intense punt-return versatility, high-intensity game-breaking talent, and a personality that elevates offensive complements. With no major injury history noted and proven practice-squad resilience (Raiders/Falcons), he is a perfect fit for teams needing speed, depth, and a reliable, intense WR who thrives in critical moments.
