Emily Behnke is the Bison’s steady, efficient frontcourt anchor
In the 2022-23 season, Emily Behnke gave North Dakota State a dependable inside presence, averaging 8.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 0.8 assists while shooting 53.3% from the field; she also drew praise for surging into a larger role, starting 18 games and piling up a team-high 136 rebounds by early February 2023. Her appeal is clear: efficient scoring, strong rebounding, and a game that fits winning basketball without needing the spotlight. If you want a tough, low-drama forward who does the dirty work and keeps possessions alive, she looks like a very solid fit.
