Antonio Benson brings veteran linebacker toughness to MVSU
Antonio Benson is a long, physical **6'1", 207-pound** linebacker who has been on Mississippi Valley State’s roster through his redshirt senior year, giving him the kind of age-and-experience profile coaches usually value in the middle of a defense.[3] Public stat pages do not show meaningful production for his listed seasons, so the main appeal is as a depth-and-communication piece rather than a headline tackler.[3][1] For a team needing a steady, experienced LB who can handle the grind and set a physical tone, Benson looks like a fit worth monitoring.[3]
