FSU’s smooth-shooting guard who turned into an ACC problem
In her 2012-13 Florida State season, Leonor Rodríguez was the Seminoles’ go-to wing scorer, averaging 14.9 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 2.0 steals while shooting 45.1% overall and 35.4% from three; she also led FSU in three-point shooting at 38.1% the previous season. Beyond the box score, she stood out for clutch shot-making, a high-intensity two-way edge, and international experience that translated to poise under pressure—she even hit the game-winner at NC State with 1.1 seconds left. If you want a versatile guard who can score, defend, and stay cool in big moments, she checks a lot of boxes.
