Destiny Jones made an immediate impact as a freshman for West Georgia in 2024-25, starting 29 of 30 games and averaging 11.2 points and 7.7 rebounds while leading all ASUN freshmen in rebounding and finishing second in the league in freshman boards; she also posted nine double-doubles, shot 52.5% from the field, and finished the season strong with double-figure scoring in eight straight games, including a 25-point outing against Austin Peay in February 2026.[2][10][11]
