Tavaris Williams brings size and frontcourt upside to the Privateers
Tavaris Williams is listed as a forward for New Orleans, but public stat and scouting detail on his current college role is limited, so the safest read is that he’s still a relative unknown in the national picture. ESPN and Proballers both identify him as a New Orleans basketball player, and his profile suggests a frontcourt piece worth monitoring rather than a finished product[1][2]. If he’s on your radar, care most about developmental upside: size, positional flexibility, and whether he can carve out a reliable, high-motor role that helps a roster win the gritty possessions coaches love.
