Jordan Overton broke out as Iona’s most reliable bat in 2025
Overton is a useful **utility-style offensive piece** for Iona, coming off a 2025 season in which he hit .283 with 53 hits, 17 doubles, 5 home runs, 27 RBI and 16 multi-hit games while starting 44 games at designated hitter.[1][3] His biggest differentiators are gap power, a solid on-base profile, and the ability to produce extra-base hits rather than just empty contact.[1][3] He also showed durability and lineup stability, which makes him a practical fit for teams valuing dependable at-bats over flash.[3]
