Reliable SIU kicker with proven clutch range
Nico Gualdoni has been a steady special-teams piece for Southern Illinois, finishing his SIU career ranked among the program’s top scorers and showing strong accuracy on both field goals and extra points. In the 2024 season, he continued to provide dependable kicking and kickoff depth, including touchbacks and coverage involvement, which makes him more than just a spot-kick specialist. His fit is best for a team that values consistency, poise in pressure moments, and a reliable leg over flash—he looks like the kind of kicker coaches trust when the game tightens up.
