Troy McClelland is a playmaking Toreros safety with proven all-around production
McClelland is a reliable, impact safety for San Diego who earned All-PFL Second Team Defense honors after finishing with 50 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 6 pass breakups in the most recent reported season, showing both range and ball skills. Beyond the box score, that mix suggests a defender who can read routes, close space quickly, and make quarterbacks pay for risky throws, which is exactly the kind of back-end consistency teams want in a fit-and-finish player.[3] [4]
