Versatile Defensive Back Transitioning to Ball State
A 6'2", 185-lb defensive back from Hampton, VA, Charity brings experience across multiple defensive roles after spending time at Old Dominion (2018-2022). While his tackle production has been modest—20 total tackles over his ODU tenure through 2022—he's demonstrated versatility playing cornerback and contributing on special teams. Now a graduate student at Ball State, Charity offers positional flexibility and veteran presence. Best suited for teams seeking depth at DB with a player who understands multiple schemes and can contribute on coverage units. His high school pedigree (first-team all-district honors) suggests foundational skills, though he'll need to elevate impact statistics to secure significant playing time at the FBS level.
