veteran Kent State guard known for strength and pass protection
Damian Matuschek’s profile is built around the kind of traits coaches love up front: he was described by Kent State as one of the strongest linemen on the team and a good pass protector, with the staff viewing guard as his best fit. The catch is that the available source material is older and doesn’t provide current 2026 on-field production, so the best read is that he projects as a tough, reliable interior blocker rather than a stats-driven standout. If you want trench grit and functional power, he checks a lot of boxes.
