Liza Field gives Buffalo size, maturity, and a low-usage frontcourt boost
In the 2025-26 season, 6-3 graduate forward Liza Field gave Buffalo a veteran presence off the bench, appearing in 22 games and averaging 7.5 minutes while providing length, rebounding, and a steady, team-first style. Her season finale against UMass showed her upside in a bigger role: a career-high nine points on four made field goals with four rebounds. She’s not a volume scorer, but she brings size, experience, and dependable effort — a useful fit if a team wants a mature glue player who won’t need the ball to matter.
