Panthers’ Explosive Return Threat and Vertical-Speed Weapon
Darren McCray is best known as an electric Georgia State playmaker whose speed changes games in a hurry—he’s the kind of WR who can flip field position and create instant offense with one touch. In his Georgia State career, he was described as a speedy receiver and return specialist, with a 96-yard kickoff return touchdown and an FCS national returner honor underscoring his big-play value. That profile screams quick-twitch, high-upside impact: ideal for a team that wants a field-stretching threat and special-teams spark, especially if it can maximize his open-field acceleration and fearless mentality.
