Kaveh Meredith brings a live arm and projectable pitch mix to Northern Colorado
Meredith profiles as a right-handed starter with a quick arm, repeatable delivery, and a fastball that sat 81-84 mph in scouting looks, with flashes of a usable changeup and curveball that suggest room for more strike-throwing and whiff potential as he develops. He has shown competitiveness and the ability to settle in after early bumps, which matters for a staff looking for upside rather than just raw stats. The main differentiator is projection: athletic frame, present arm speed, and a starter’s foundation that could play up with added consistency and strength.
