McKenna Young gives Penn State a high-upside, big-moment arm in the circle
Young is a **right-handed pitcher** for Penn State who has already shown she can dominate lineups, highlighted by a **five-inning no-hitter** against North Carolina Central in 2026. She brings the kind of competitive edge coaches like: a power arm, poise in pressure spots, and enough versatility to have been valued as more than just a pitcher earlier in her career. She looks like a fit for teams that want an aggressive, low-drama competitor who can change a game when her stuff is on.
