Penn State QB with veteran polish, but legacy-era production only
McGregor’s Penn State profile is more of a historical note than a current-impact story: his listed college production shows just 12 passing yards and no touchdowns in two seasons, so there isn’t a meaningful 2026 performance track record to evaluate. The appeal, if you’re digging into his player profile, is the classic quarterback frame and pro-style background, plus the fact that Penn State’s staff described him as a tireless worker in the classroom, off the field, and in preparation. In short: smart, sturdy, team-first, but not a current on-field difference-maker.
