Tyler Barlow

Tyler Barlow brings veteran frontcourt size and low-usage steadiness to Lafayette

Tyler Barlow is a familiar name in Lafayette’s frontcourt, best known for his 6-foot-9 size, rim protection and willingness to do the unglamorous work that keeps a team functional. In his freshman season at Lafayette in 2015-16, he played in 21 games and topped out with a career-high four points in two games, while official bios also note he had enough length to be called on early. The appeal here is not flash—it’s size, effort and reliability, the kind of role-player profile coaches love when they need a steady big who won’t hijack the offense.
