Charlotte’s record-book punter with a big leg and proven upside
Kyle Corbett has already shown he can flip field position for Charlotte, highlighted by a school-record 75-yard punt in the 2018 season and a 41.0-yard average that ranks second all-time in program history. In 2019, he was efficient in limited action, averaging 50.8 yards on four punts, which says plenty about his ceiling: when he’s in rhythm, he can be a weapon. If your team wants a punter with leg strength, touch, and résumé-level big-play ability, Corbett fits. The only caveat is that he’s more of a proven specialist than a high-volume current performer.
