depth back with limited 2025 production but a proven physical profile
Walters is a South Alabama running back worth watching as a depth option: ESPN lists him with 13 carries for 38 yards and no touchdowns, so his current box-score impact has been modest, but his earlier stops show he can be more than just a straight-line grinder. He has produced on the ground, caught passes out of the backfield, and even contributed in the return game, which points to usable versatility rather than a one-trick profile. For a team, the fit is best as a physical, multi-purpose RB who can add value in several roles if given the right opportunity.
