Joey Thomas gives Texas A&M a big-bodied TE with proven red-zone value
Joey Thomas is a 6-foot-5, 250-pound redshirt junior tight end for Texas A&M whose size and catch radius make him a natural mismatch, and ESPN lists him with 35 career catches for 426 yards and 4 touchdowns. Texas football coverage has also praised him as an excellent pass catcher and willing blocker, while Dave Campbell’s Texas Football ranked him among the best tight ends in Texas entering 2026. If you want a TE who can help in both the passing game and the run game, Thomas checks the box.
