Keith Hayes

Keith Hayes brings scoring punch and veteran guard savvy to UMass Lowell

Hayes is a compact, high-usage guard who has shown real shot-making juice, including a 2023-24 season in Germany where he averaged 26.9 points and 2.7 assists while shooting 38.2% from three and 88.2% at the line[4]. His differentiator is his ability to create offense, not just finish it—he’s a quick, explosive scorer who can heat up fast, but reliable evaluations also note that expanding his playmaking is the next step[2]. For a team, he fits best as an instant-offense guard who can change tempo and pressure defenses, especially if you want a confident scorer with pro-level experience[2][4].
