Austin Morris brings power bullpen depth to Alabama
Austin Morris is a **right-handed relief arm** for Alabama whose value comes from power stuff, strikeout ability, and a track record of handling meaningful innings against strong competition; in 2026, he has already logged a season-best three strikeouts in 2.1 scoreless innings against Houston and worked 2.0 innings without allowing an earned run vs. Rhode Island. He’s not yet a polished shutdown closer, but he gives the Tide a physical, high-leverage option who can miss bats and stabilize middle-to-late innings.
