veteran UAPB back with local roots and room to make noise
Aaron LaGrone is a 5-foot-11, 190-pound redshirt running back from Pine Bluff whose value starts with familiarity, physicality, and a low-drama, team-first profile. Arkansas-Pine Bluff’s roster lists him as a redshirt with no current season stats available, so the intrigue is less about box-score fireworks and more about whether his compact build and hometown toughness can translate into reliable downhill production. He’s the kind of back coaches tend to like: local, steady, and easy to plug into a physical rotation.
