Low-Usage Samford Guard With Clean Role-Player Signals
Corey Brown is a 6-foot-4 sophomore guard for Samford in the 2025-26 season who has been used in a limited role, averaging 0.8 points, 0.6 rebounds and 0.8 assists in about 6.2 minutes per game while shooting 25.0% from the field through Samford’s 2025-26 stats page. His value is less about box-score volume and more about being a steady, low-drama backcourt piece who can survive on the margins of a deep rotation; at the moment, he looks more like a developmental fit than an immediate impact scorer.
