Wagner’s punter with a field-position edge
Matt Drinkwater is a **punter** for Wagner, and the main reason to care is simple: field position wins close football games. Based on the available public results, there is limited recent statistical detail on his individual season performance, so the safest read is that he’s a specialist worth tracking for consistency, hang time, and the ability to flip the field rather than flashy box-score numbers. For a team, that usually means a fit if you value reliability, hidden-yardage impact, and special-teams execution.
