Lora Ruddy brings rare two-way disruption for New Orleans
Lora Ruddy is a high-impact guard for New Orleans whose value shows up in the little things: she rebounds like a forward, creates extra possessions with steals, and has a history of stuffing the stat sheet, including the program’s most recent triple-double before 2025[1][3]. In the 2025–26 data available, she averages 9.1 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.1 steals, and 0.8 assists per game, profile indicators of a defensive playmaker and physical, high-motor fit for a team that needs toughness and versatility[3].
