Memphis Tigers' Efficient 6'8" Forward from the 2017-18 Era
Jimario Rivers, a 6'8" forward for the Memphis Tigers, delivered solid bench production in the 2017-18 season, averaging 6.4 points, 3.5 rebounds, and a standout 56.9% FG across 31 games with 19 starts—peaking with efficient scoring like 7 points on 3-of-7 shooting in the AAC Tournament. His high school pedigree (top-8 TN blocks leader at 1.8 BPG) highlights rim protection and athleticism, making him a gritty, physical 'plug-and-play' fit for teams needing versatile forward depth without pro-level flash. Post-college, he's bounced in pro leagues like TBL, but his college reliability screams dependable hustle.
