Jeff Steeb’s game is built on instincts, production, and clutch plays
In the 2017 season, Jeff Steeb was a reliable playmaker for Villanova at linebacker, finishing with 91 total tackles and adding 1 interception; Villanova also cited him as having strong quickness, tackling skills, and good football instincts. He earned CAA Defensive Player of the Week honors in 2017 and showed big-moment value with interceptions that flipped games, which tells you he’s more than a stats guy — he’s a tone-setter. If you want a defense that prizes effort, discipline, and a linebacker who can diagnose fast and finish hard, Steeb fits that mold nicely.
