low-minute Portland State center still searching for consistency
Bailey’s current profile is that of a reserve big who is getting limited run for Portland State, with modest production so far in the season: 0.9 points, 0.8 rebounds, 33% shooting and 4.6 minutes per game. The differentiator is not box-score volume but roster-fit upside—at center, his appeal would be in size, role acceptance and development potential rather than immediate offense. If your team needs an instant-impact scorer, he is not the answer; if you want a developmental interior option with room to grow, he’s worth monitoring.
