La Salle's Sharpshooting Guard with Proving Ground Pedigree
Ruben Guillandeaux, a 6'6" versatile guard for La Salle Explorers around 2009-2010, erupted for a career-high 29 points on 6-of-8 threes in a signature 82-71 comeback win over Columbia, while averaging 17 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists in key stretches—showcasing elite shooting range, playmaking vision, and clutch intensity that powered the Explorers. His size, scoring pop from deep, and rebounding prowess for a guard make him a differentiator; post-college success in pro leagues like Cyprus Division A (12 PPG in 2012-13) proves durability and translatable skills—ideal fit for teams needing a dynamic, battle-tested wing.
