Ryan Strehl brings clutch special-teams value and reliable defensive depth to Central Michigan
Ryan Strehl is best known for his impact in high-leverage moments, including a go-ahead 32-yard blocked-punt return touchdown that earned MAC West special teams player of the week honors in 2005.[5] ESPN lists him as a Central Michigan safety with career stats and game logs, which suggests a versatile defensive contributor rather than a volume-stat star.[1][2][4] For a roster looking for toughness, situational awareness, and a player who can change momentum without needing the ball in his hands, Strehl fits the profile of a dependable, playmaking depth piece.[3][6]
