Spencer Nelson gives Prairie View A&M a veteran, all-SWAC-caliber slot threat
In the 2024 season, Prairie View A&M listed Spencer Nelson as its top returning wideout and a preseason All-SWAC First Team pick, signaling real respect for his production and leadership. The 5-foot-8 redshirt senior brings veteran savvy, quickness in space, and steady hands, with the added value of special-teams utility and a reputation for lifting a young receiver room. He’s the kind of fit coaches love: compact, dependable, and competitive, with enough proven playmaking to matter when the game gets tight.
