Jax State Safety with Family Legacy and JUCO Grit
Casey Grigley II, a 6-2, 185-pound safety for Jacksonville State Gamecocks, brings versatility and physicality from his JUCO days at Benedict College, where he appeared in multiple games before transferring; son of SSU Hall of Famer Casey Grigley (1,163 rush yards in 1986), he offers high-motor playmaking ideal for Cover 3 schemes. Limited recent stats highlight his developmental upside—no major injuries noted—making him a smart, low-risk depth addition for teams needing intense, athletic DBs with NFL bloodlines.
