Colorado State DB John Howell brings veteran range and proven all-conference production
John Howell is a 6-foot, 195-pound senior defensive back at Colorado State who has already earned first-team All-Mountain West honors in 2022 and 2023, giving him a proven track record at a high level.[2][4] He stands out for experience, reliability, and versatility in the secondary, and Colorado State lists him as a senior DB from Mullen, Nebraska.[4] If you need a mature defensive back with legitimate résumé credibility rather than just projection, Howell is the kind of player worth caring about.[2][4]
