Gilson DeJesus gives Kansas State a reliable floor-spacer with size
Gilson DeJesus is a 6-6 Kansas State wing who enters his second season as one of the Wildcats’ top perimeter shooting threats, bringing plug-and-play spacing, rebounding help, and steady two-way minutes. In the 2024-25 season, he played all 29 games, started 13, and averaged 6.2 points and 3.4 rebounds in 21.6 minutes while hitting 37% from three. The fit is clear: he’s the kind of long, confident shooter who can stretch defenses and battle for a starting role, though he’s more complementary weapon than primary creator.
