Tanesha Seaton has been a productive interior anchor for Saint Peter’s, and in the 2003-04 season she was already showing that she can score, rebound, and protect the rim — including a 17-point, 13-rebound double-double and a 12-point, 7-rebound, 4-block outing. Her value is less about flash and more about the hard stuff: physicality, toughness, and a willingness to do the dirty work inside. The biggest question is consistency and health, since she also missed games for medical reasons in that season. If you want a dependable center who can battle every possession, she fits the bill.
