Physical Kansas Corner with Ball Skills and Spring-Game Playmaking
Calvin Rubles is a Kansas cornerback whose calling card is competitiveness and feel for the ball: Kansas’ roster bio lists him as an all-state defensive back with 48 tackles and six interceptions as a senior in high school, and local coverage has repeatedly noted that he makes life difficult for receivers in practice and flashed with a pass break-up/INT-type play in the spring game. He looks like a fit for a team that values aggressive, instinctive cover corners who can challenge throws and bring a tough edge, though the available public info is more about traits and flashes than proven college production.
