Prairie View A&M linebacker still developing, but the profile is there
Jones is listed on Prairie View A&M’s football roster, but the available public roster data shows no current season statistics yet, so his on-field impact can’t be quantified from the published record. That said, he’s a linebacker worth watching because PVAMU’s staff clearly keeps him in the mix, and at the position, the differentiators are usually trigger speed, tackling reliability, and willingness to play downhill — the kind of traits coaches love in a tone-setter. If you need an immediate stat-sheet star, the evidence isn’t there yet; if you want a developmental LB with upside and fit for a physical defense, he’s a reasonable watchlist name.
