Jonathan Stratton is a developmental Miami guard with defensive upside and steady off-ball value
Stratton profiles as a low-usage, role-oriented guard for Miami: his early college production has been modest, but his high-school résumé suggests real value as a two-way competitor, with 10.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 3.7 blocks and 44% shooting from three as a senior at Sandusky High School, plus team captain and Defensive Player of the Year honors. Miami’s roster notes show he has already contributed in limited minutes, including an assist in three games, which points to a player who can fit a system that prizes discipline, effort, and defensive intensity.[2]
