Drake Bulldogs DL with Elite Intensity and 2024-25 Breakout
Colton Rodgers, the 6-3, 235-pound junior defensive lineman for the Drake Bulldogs, stands out not just for his 2024-25 stat line (including key tackles and assists against Valparaiso and Campbell), but for his relentless intensity and 'next-play' mentality that elevates the entire defensive unit. Unlike many peers who rely solely on size, Rodgers differentiates himself with explosive first-step quickness and a personality that thrives under pressure—making him a perfect fit for teams needing a high-intensity, culture-driven DL. With no reported injury history and a reputation for consistent game-day readiness, he’s a reliable, battle-tested asset who brings more than stats: he brings fire. If your team values intensity, leadership, and a player who never takes a off, Rodgers is a top-tier fit.
